Your service catalog is the menu of work you sell. Every estimate, job, and invoice line starts from a service, so building the catalog once makes quoting fast. Services are managed by owners and admins under Services in the sidebar.
Add a service
Click New service and set:
- Name and description
- Pricing type (see below)
- Default price and a unit label (for example “window” or “hour”)
- A category to group it
Services autosave as you edit, and you can duplicate one to spin up a similar service quickly.
Pricing types
Tiered pricing is a list of named packages. You pick a tier on the estimate and it drops in at that tier’s flat price. Any minimum or maximum labels on a tier are descriptive only; they don’t change the price.
Categories
Group services into categories so the catalog stays tidy and estimates are quick to build. Manage categories under Services then Categories: create, rename, and delete them. The list can be sorted, filtered by category, and viewed grouped by category.
Archive and restore
Retire a service you no longer sell by archiving it. Archiving is reversible and keeps your past documents intact. Find archived services under Services then Archived and restore any of them in one click. You can also bulk-archive or bulk-move services to a category from the list.
Frequently asked
What’s the difference between archiving and deleting?
Archiving hides a service from the catalog without touching the estimates, jobs, or invoices that already used it. It’s the safe way to retire something.
Can technicians edit the catalog?
No. Services are owner/admin only.
