The board
Four columns: Eligible → Request sent → Reviewed, plus Denied for customers who said no. A card is created automatically when a job is completed or an invoice is paid, based on your rules (below). You can also add a card manually for any contact. Cards move forward through the pipeline and can be marked reviewed (you note the platform) or dismissed. How a card gets sent depends on its rule:- Auto-send rules text the customer on a schedule, no action needed from you.
- Hold rules wait for you to click Send now on the card.
Automation rules
Set up rules under Settings then Reviews. Each rule has:- A trigger: job completed or invoice paid
- A delay in days before the request goes out
- Auto-send or hold
- An optional AI-personalized message (see Review request drafting)
- A minimum job value, so small jobs don’t trigger a request
