The reviews board helps you turn finished work into public reviews. It’s a drag-and-drop pipeline of cards, one per customer, that moves from eligible to reviewed. Open Reviews in the sidebar (owner/admin).

The board

Four columns: Eligible → Request sent → Reviewed, plus Denied for customers who said no. A card is created automatically when a job is completed or an invoice is paid, based on your rules (below). You can also add a card manually for any contact. Cards move forward through the pipeline and can be marked reviewed (you note the platform) or dismissed. They don’t move back to Eligible.

Sending a request

How a card gets sent depends on its rule:
  • Auto-send rules text the customer on a schedule, no action needed from you.
  • Hold rules wait for you to click Send now on the card.
Sending asks you to confirm first, and can include automatic reminder texts on a cadence if the customer hasn’t reviewed yet. Requests go out by text, and the message supports the variables for the customer name, your business, and the review link.

Automation rules

Set up rules under Settings then Reviews. Each rule has:
  • A trigger: job completed or invoice paid
  • A delay in days before the request goes out
  • Auto-send or hold
  • An optional AI-personalized message (see Review request drafting)
  • A minimum job value, so small jobs don’t trigger a request
On the same settings page you list your review platforms in priority order and configure the reminder cadence.

Frequently asked

How do cards get created? Automatically when a job completes or an invoice is paid (subject to your rules), or by hand for any contact. Can I review a customer before sending? Yes. Use a hold rule so the card waits for your Send now instead of texting automatically. What platforms can I ask for? The ones you list in Settings then Reviews, in the priority order you set. Each request asks for the top platform the customer hasn’t reviewed yet.
