The calendar is your whole operation on one screen: jobs, events, published shifts, and the busy times pulled in from Google Calendar. It’s open to every team member, including technicians, so everyone can see the day. Open Calendar in the sidebar.

Cancelled jobs never show on the calendar, and only published shifts appear. Draft shifts stay on the Scheduling page until you publish them. See Scheduling and shifts.

Events

An event is a calendar entry that isn’t a job, like a meeting or a personal block. Click New event and set a title, description, start and end times, and a color category (Default, Quote, Meeting, Personal, or Other). If you’ve connected Google Calendar, the event is pushed there too. Events can be edited or deleted.

Frequently asked

Why isn’t a draft shift on the calendar? Draft shifts only appear once published. Publish the week from the Scheduling page. Where do Google events come from? The busy blocks are pulled in from the Google calendars you chose to “block as busy,” so you don’t get booked over your own commitments. Your jobs, events, and published shifts are pushed out to Google in the other direction.
