Reports is your at-a-glance dashboard for how the business is doing. It pulls together the money and performance numbers that used to live on separate Money and Metrics pages. It’s available to owners and admins.

What’s on the page

Money stat cards:
  • Revenue collected, what you’ve actually been paid on your invoices, less refunds. Customer tips are not revenue, so they are not in it.
  • Outstanding, billed but not yet paid
  • Overdue, past the due date
  • Pending quote value, the total of quotes you have sent, that a customer has viewed, or that are scheduled to go out. Accepted quotes and unsent drafts are not in it, so it can be smaller than the column totals on your pipeline board.
Estimate performance:
  • Estimates sent and accepted, your acceptance rate, and the dollar value of sent versus accepted quotes
Tax summary:
  • Net sales (after discounts, before tax) and tax for invoices paid in the period, less refunds of the invoice amount issued in it (refunding a tip or a duplicate charge changes nothing), with a line per tax rate
Mileage:
  • Completed trips (both odometer readings entered) and the distance driven on them in the period, in the kilometres or miles your business uses
Lists:
  • Recent invoices and a Due soon list of unpaid invoices that are not yet overdue, soonest first

Frequently asked

Where did the Money and Metrics pages go? They’re now Reports. The old links land here automatically. Can a technician see Reports? No. Reports is owner/admin only. I need the raw numbers for my bookkeeper. Export them as CSV under Settings then Export, with a period filter and bookkeeping-ready invoice columns.
