Notifications keep you on top of what’s happening: new leads, payments, messages, and job updates. Everyone on the team gets them, and each person chooses their own alerts.

The activity feed

The bell in the top bar shows a quick popover. Open the full Notifications page for the complete feed, newest first, grouped into Today, This week, and Earlier. Click any item to mark it read and jump straight to the record it’s about. Mark all read clears the badge.

Choose your alerts

Your alert preferences are personal to you, under Settings then Notifications. For each kind of event (the list depends on your role), pick any combination of three channels:
  • Push: an alert on your phone
  • Bell: shows in the in-app notifications list
  • Email: an email to you
Changes save automatically.

Frequently asked

Are these settings shared with my team? No. Each person sets their own. Turning off push for yourself doesn’t change anyone else’s. Can technicians get notifications? Yes. Notifications and their preferences are available to every role. Why didn’t I get a push? Check that push is turned on for that event type under Settings then Notifications, and that notifications are allowed for the app on your device.
