The usage page shows how much your organization is using, so there are no surprises. Find it under Settings then Usage (owner, or admin).

What it shows

Pick a period (your current billing period, the last 30 days, or the last year) and see the volumes for:
  • AI: tokens and requests
  • Texts: SMS sent and received, in both segments and messages
  • Picture messages: MMS sent and received
  • Calls: inbound and outbound calls, and total talk time
  • Email: emails sent and received

Just the numbers

Usage is shown as quantities only, like message counts and call minutes. It’s there to help you understand your activity, not a bill.

Is this my invoice? No. It’s a usage view (counts and minutes), separate from your subscription. Manage your plan under Settings then Organization. Who can see usage? Owners, and admins. It isn’t shown to technicians.
