ShineCRM does a lot on its own, and connects to a few outside tools you already use. This page is the honest picture of both.

Built in (no setup required)

These are not integrations you connect. They come with your subscription and work out of the box once you finish setup.
  • Texting and calling. Your business gets its own phone line for sending and receiving texts and calls, all logged in the unified inbox. Set it up under Settings then Calls.
  • Customer email. Send branded estimates, invoices, and replies from your business address, and receive customer replies back in the inbox. See Unified inbox.

Connect your accounts

These link a tool you already have to ShineCRM. Each is optional.
IntegrationWhat it doesWhere to set it up
Google CalendarPushes your appointments, jobs, and published shifts to your Google calendars, and blocks off busy time from your other calendars so you don’t get double-booked.Settings then Integrations
StripeTakes online card and bank payments on invoices and the customer portal. Payouts go to your own bank.Settings then Payments
SquareTakes in-person, tap-to-pay card payments on the mobile app.Settings then Payments
Google Calendar sync is one direction for your work: ShineCRM writes appointments, jobs, and shifts out to Google, and reads busy times back in to protect your schedule. Edits you make inside Google Calendar do not flow back into ShineCRM records. Treat ShineCRM as the source of truth.

On our roadmap

We are actively expanding what ShineCRM connects to. The next major step is the ShineCRM MCP server, which connects an AI assistant like Claude directly to your CRM so you can query and update it in plain language. See MCP server. If there’s a tool you need ShineCRM to work with, tell us. What you ask for shapes what we build next.
