These are not integrations you connect. They come with your subscription and work out of the box once you finish setup.- Texting and calling. Your business gets its own phone line for sending and receiving texts and calls, all logged in the unified inbox. Set it up under Settings then Calls.
- Customer email. Send branded estimates, invoices, and replies from your business address, and receive customer replies back in the inbox. See Unified inbox.
Connect your accounts

Google Calendar sync is one direction for your work: ShineCRM writes appointments, jobs, and shifts out to Google, and reads busy times back in to protect your schedule. Edits you make inside Google Calendar do not flow back into ShineCRM records. Treat ShineCRM as the source of truth.
